Nanya PCB (NPC) has announced net profits of NT$2.06 billion (US$69.63 million) for 2010, the company's lowest level in the past six years, according to a company filing with the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TSE). The earnings translated into an EPS of NT$3.30 for 2010.
A net loss of NT$23 million recorded in the fourth quarter 2010, NPC's first deficit in seven quarters, eroded the company's profitability for the year, according to a Chinese-language Commercial Times report.
The company's board has decided to hand out dividends of NT$0.68, including NT$0.38 in cash and NT$0.30 in shares, for 2010.
NPC posted revenues of NT$5.455 billion in the first two months of 2011, up 8.4% from a year earlier, according to company data.
