Taiwan-based ODM Quanta Computer shipped 5.7 million notebooks and brought in consolidated revenues of NT$114.569 billion (US$3.884 billion) for March 2011, its highest monthly figures on record, according to the company.
Fellow ODM, Wistron, shipped 2.6 million notebook, more than the originally expected 2.4 million units, as well as 900,000 LCD TVs, 800,000 desktops, 900,000 LCD monitors, 150,000 servers and 600,000 smart hand-held devices.
