Compal Electronics had non-consolidated revenues of NT$55.179 billion (US$1.91 billion) for May decreasing 2.17% on month and 24.15% on year, while January-May revenues of NT$274.44 billion also slipped on year by 23.91%, according to the company.

According to a Chinese-language Economic Daily News report, Compal shipped 3.5 million notebooks and 250,000-300,000 tablet PCs in May.
