July 28 – Beijing Teamsun Technology (600410) plans to spend 40.9 million yuan to acquire a 30-percent stake in Guangzhou Shizhu Software Limited, reports yicai.com, citing a company filing. Later this year, Teamsun will to buy another 60-percent stake in the target if its performance meets expectations.

Shareholders of Shizhu Software pledged they will actively cooperate in the acquisition.

The transaction aims to leverage the target’s expertise in business intelligence, solutions, technology resources, and resource management.
