EPD maker E Ink Holdings has posted revenues of NT$3.47 billion (US$119.2 million) for August, up 21.9% sequentially and 117% on year. For the January-August period, revenues totaled NT$23.34 billion, increasing 75% on year.

E Ink said August shipments met with expectations and it expects production to run at full capacity in September.

E Ink also expects its shipments of EPD products in the second half to grow 50% over those shipped in the first half and total EPD shipments for all of 2011 to top 25-30 million units.
