Facebook to set up data center in Taiwan, says paper - ResearchInChina

Facebook will establish a data center in the Central Taiwan Science Park (CTSP), according to the Chinese-language Economic Daily News (EDN).

Taiwan-based Wistron has won an order from Facebook to supply servers for use in Facebook's data center in North Carolina, with shipments to begin in December 2011, and the company is likely to win an order for servers to be used in the Taiwan data center, EDN indicated.
