China Internatioanl Aviation & Aerospace Exhibition (namely Airshow China), with the full support of China's Central Government, is an international aerospace trade show. It features the display of real-size products, trade discussion, technological exchanges and flying dispaly. Airshow 2006 is sponsored by Guangdong Procincial People's Government, Commission of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense, Civil Aviation Administration of China, China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, China Aviation Industy Corporation I, China Aviation Industry Corporation II, China Aerospace Science & Techonology Corporation, and China Aerospace Science & Industry Corporation. Zhuhai Municipal People's Government is the executive organization, while Zhuhai Airshow Co., Ltd is the organizer.

The show will highlight the market prospects and cooperative opportunities in China for aviation & aerospace manufacturing industires, civil transport industry, general aviation, aviation infrastrusture construction, aviation safety, space exploration, missile weapons and other related fields. It will provide favorable conditions for the technical exchangers and trade cooperation among aerospace enterorises all over the world.
