HONG Kong Exchanges & Clearing Ltd, the operator of Asia's third-biggest equities market, will ask the city's listed firms to provide quarterly management reports next year, Chief Executive Officer Paul Chow said.

Companies traded on the exchange's main board will need to provide such reports following a style adopted by the London Stock Exchange, Chow said yesterday.
