AUDI, the luxury-car brand of Volkswagen, will build a production line at a VW factory in China as it seeks to double sales here within seven years.

"We hope to deliver up to 200,000 vehicles per year to customers in China by 2015," Chief Executive Rupert Stadler said. The production line at Volkswagen's joint venture with China FAW Group in Changchun, will produce the Audi Q5 compact sport-utility vehicle as well as A4 and A6 sedans.
