BenQ Materials has started shipping 3D optical films to AU Optronics (AUO) and in addition to its latest polarizer technology, BenQ Materials is also showcasing its latest touch panel protective films and 3D optical films at the ongoing FPD International 2010 in Makuhari, Japan, from November 10 to 12.

Due to the fast growing touch panel market, anti-glare, anti-smudge and anti-scratch screen protectors are gaining attention, and BenQ Materials used its polarizer technology and developed screen-protection applications based on PMMA material and coating technology.
