ARVINMERITOR Inc said yesterday that its joint venture in Xuzhou, Jiangsu Province, plans to invest an additional US$17.3 million to expand manufacturing capability in preparation for a significant growth in demand for construction-related off-highway vehicles. This is on top of a US$10 million investment unveiled earlier this year.
