Solar wafer maker Eversol on November 30 announced that Lin Rongsheng has resigned as company president and will be replaced by vice president Martin Kuo.

Eversol is formerly affiliated to solar cell manufacturer Gintech Energy. New company president Kuo is the son of former Gintech chairman CT Kuo.

In 2009, Gintech Energy sold its stake of about 8% in Eversol to US-based MEMC Electronic Materials, its main supplier of solar wafers.
