TPK Touch Solutions has posted revenues of NT$9.56 billion (US$328.3 million) for December 2010, down 15% sequentially but up 581% on year. For all of 2010, revenues totaled NT$62.13 billion, increasing 232% from a year earlier.

Although the company is expected to continue to ship touch panels for iPad 2, TPK is likely to see its revenues drop 10-15% sequentially in the first quarter of 2011 due to adjustment at production lines and lower yields for new products, according to industry sources.

However, TPK's touch panel lines for iPhones will not to be affected as Apple has just launched iPhone 4 and is unlikely to launch iPhone 5 until mid-2011 or even later, the sources noted.
