Innovation Works, a China-based venture capital company, will replicate its business model in Taiwan through establishing a joint venture, TMI-Labs, with US-based venture capital firm WI Harper and Taiwan government-sponsored Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI), according to company chairman Lee Kai-fu who is former Google Engineering vice president and president for Google Greater China.
