LED chip maker Epistar has received orders booking up its production capacity of blue/green LED chips and that of AlGaInP/AlGaInN chips until May 2011, according to the company,
Epistar and four fellow makers, Formosa Epitaxy, Genesis Photonics, Tyntek and Tekcore, saw their March revenues grow both on month and on year.
