Aero-engine maker Rolls-Royce Plc said that Air China had chosen its engines to power the flag carrier's new fleet of Boeing aircraft in a deal worth $800 million.
Rolls-Royce said the engine deal for the 15 Boeing 787 Dreamliners included a long-term maintenance agreement and was the first selection of the Trent-1000 engine by a Chinese carrier.
