Dow Jones Chinese Financial Wire reported that Bank of Beijing Co., Ltd. (601169.SH) will issue RMB 3.5 billion worth of subordinated bonds on January 14, 2011, with a term of 15 years. BOC International (China) Ltd. will serve as the main underwriter.
