Shenzhen Tellus Holdings Company Limited announced that it has received a verdict from Intermediate People's Court of Shenzhen, regarding the lawsuit filed by the Company's subsidiary, a Shenzhen-based real estate company, together with a Shenzhen-based industrial trade company, against Shenzhen Real Estate Management Branch of Guangzhou Military Region and No. 75731 troop, People's Liberation Army, due to a contract dispute. According to the verdict, the defendants were required to repay property management fees.
