SFDA issues Operating Standards for Food Safety in Catering Services

The State Food and Drug Administration (SFDA) recently formally issued the Operating Standards for Food Safety in Catering Services to further raise the food safety awareness, integrity awareness and self-discipline consciousness of catering service providers, have the main responsibilities of the enterprises well fulfilled, standardize the catering service operation, and to protect food safety for the consumers. The Operating Standards has come into effect from the date of promulgation.
