Taiwan Mobile (TWM) has announced the launch of HSPA+ mobile Internet-access service at a maximum download speed of 42Mbps in five metropolitan areas in Taiwan.

The service is at a fixed monthly charge rate of NT$699 (US$23.3) without volume limits, plus NT$1,690 for a data card including MF680 or MF80 offered by ZTE or E372 by Huawei Technologies, TWM indicated.
