XIAMEN EAGLE MINING GROUP CO., LTD announced that it will invest RMB 5.2 million to set up a joint venture with a Beijing-based asset management company, with each to hold a 52% and 48% stake. The joint venture will be with a registered capital of RMB 10 million and be engaged in the asset management.
