China Properties Investment Holdings (HKG:0736) announced that it has agreed to lend to an independent third-party a term loan in the principal amount of HK$7 million repayable on 8 November 2012.
The loan, bearing an interest rate of 20% per annum, will be funded by internal resources of the group.
