Guangnan (Holdings) Limited (HKG:1203) has announced the following changes to its board of directors to take effect from 24 July 2012: Liang Jiang will be re-designated from an executive director (ED) to a non-executive director (NED) and cease to act as the chairman of the board and the chairman of the nomination committee; Tan Yunbiao will be appointed as the chairman of the board and the chairman of the nomination committee, and cease to act as the general manager; Luo Jianhua will be appointed as an ED and the general manager; and Huang Xiaofeng will resign as a NED.
