China Life Insurance, the nation's biggest Life Insurer, has decided to take a controlling stake in China Credit Trust Company, a major domestic trust firm.

China Life will buy more than a 50 percent stake in it. The boards are still trying to figure out if China Life Insurance Group or its listed arm China Life Insurance will ink the deal.
