CHINA Construction Bank has issued more than 11 million credit cards so far, as the biggest credit card-issuing bank among the state-owned big-four, the bank said yesterday.
The country's biggest mortgage bank yesterday teamed up with Hanting Hotels Inc to issue a co-branded credit card.
