Property and life insurers in Shanghai Friday allied to promise better services under guidelines effective from November 1. Twenty-three property and casualty insurers and 25 life insurers took part in the "better service" campaign. Auto insurers promise 24-hour hotlines to help drivers in accidents as part of the pact. |
