The financial leasing affiliate of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China signed a one-billion-yuan (US$137.56 million) deal with a unit of Hainan Airlines Group.

This is its first deal inked since ICBC started operations of its leasing arm at the end of 2007, the country's biggest bank said yesterday in a statement.
