Attested by Sichuan Dikang Industrial Holding Group Co., Ltd. (Dikang Group), the controlling shareholder of Sichuan Dikang Sci & Tech Pharmaceutical Industry Co., Ltd., Dikang Group has reached an agreement with High-Tech Zone Land Reservation Center of Chengdu on repurchasing the 127 mu of land area at No.1, Heping Road, Shangmao Avenue, Jinniu District, Chengdu, and Dikang Group will discharge part of the capital appropriation with some of the repurchasing fund. Currently, the debt liquidation solution is being enacted.
