Take the 319,470,328 shares at the end of 2006 as radix, Tengda decided to distribute to shareholders RMB 2 (pre-tax) for each ten shares, totally distributing cash dividends RMB 63,894,065.60, accounting for 54.12% of the total distributable profit. The balance of RMB 54,164,313.52 will be transferred to the next year (2007).

For shareholders of tradable shares, Tengda will deduct 10% of their income for personal income tax and distribute actual cash dividend by RMB 0.18 per share. For investment organizations and corporation shareholders, they should pay personal income tax by their own and are distributed actual cash dividend by RMB 0.20 per share.
