China CAMC Engineering Co., Ltd. (CAMCE) signed agricultural machinery & processing equipment purchasing contract with agriculture/forestry/animal husbandry/fishery and related industrial foundations of Venezuela, as well as commercial contract and related operation & maintenance contract of a Chad-based cement factory with Chad Energy and Mines Ministry.

According to Venezuela’s agricultural machinery & processing equipment purchasing contract with the sum of USD 43.75 million, CAMCE will provide irrigative, farm produce storage and transport equipments, small-size fishing vessels and equipping power system, small-size solar power generation equipments, primary product processing equipments and soy storehouse, etc. In addition to the responsibility for installing, debugging and training about related equipments, CAMCE will also provide supporting civil construction of agricultural product processing factory and soy warehouses, with the contract duration of 2 years.

The commercial contract and related operation & maintenance contract of the Chad-based cement factory have the total value of USD 92.33 million. Located in Mayo-Kebbi Province in Southwest Chad, this project provides mining equipments, Portland cement production line with the annual output of 200 thousand tons, power station construction as well as equipping road construction. The contract duration is 30 months with the operation maintenance cycle of 5 years.
