Sinoma Science & Technology Co., Ltd plans to sign an Assets Transfer Agreement with Ton Tech Co., Ltd, in which it will purchase a land covering an area of 78, 175.08 square meters of Ton Tech located at the north of Tongtian Road, Jiangning Science Park, Nanjing at the negotiated price of RMB262.25 per square meter.
