On June 6 2007, Tianjin HuanOu Semiconductor Material Technology Co., Ltd, the holding subsidiary of Tianjin Zhonghuan Semiconductor (Stock Code: 002129), signed a solar silicon wafer supply contract valued at RMB110 million with Perfectenergy ( Shanghai ) Limited and Shanghai Solar Energy S&T Co., Ltd. The contract is valid from May 2007 to Oct 2007.

Perfectenergy specializes in the development, production and sales of solar cells and its modules; Shanghai Solar Energy is mainly engaged in the development, production, sales and services of terrestrial solar cells and PV power systems.
