Suzhou Good-Ark (Stock Code: 002079) signed Capital Increase Agreement with shareholders of Suzhou Guofa Innovation Capital Investment Co., Ltd, in which it invests together with Suzhou Heji Investment Co., Ltd RMB100 million in Suzhou Guofa Innovation Capital Investment Co., Ltd, each invests RMB50 million. After capital increase, the registered capitals of Suzhou Guofa Innovation Capital Investment Co., Ltd thus rose from RMB200 million to RMB 300 million, in which, Suzhou Good-Ark occupied 16.667% with RMB 50 million.
