Wuhan Plastics Industrial Group Co., Ltd (Stock Code: 000665), Chengdu Spaceflight Mould & Plastics Co., Ltd and FAURECIA AUTOMOTIVE ESPANAS. L. (FAE) reached  an agreement on July 5th 2007, in which three parties agreed that Wuhan Liaoyuan Mould & Plastics Co., Ltd controlled by Wuhan Plastics and Chengdu Spaceflight Mould & Plastics at 50:50 works together with FAE to establish a new joint venture engaged in bumper' s plastic injection, coating and assembly.
