Jiangsu Jinling Paper Co., Ltd, a controlling subsidiary of Nanjing Chemical Fiber Co., ltd (Stock Code: 600899), together with Hong Kong Jinhui Investment Development Co., Ltd invested US$ 10 million to jointly establish Jiangsu Viscose Fiber Co., Ltd. Viscose Fiber has a registered capital of US$ 5 million, of which, Jiangsu Jinling Paper invested US$ 3.75 million, accounting for 75% of total registered capital, while Jinhui Development invested US$ 1.25 million, accounting for 25%.

Jiangsu Viscose Fiber Co., Ltd is mainly engaged in production, sales and chemical technology services of chemical fiber, alpha-pulp applied in chemical fiber, chemicals (excluding hazardous chemicals) and other materials; besides, it also runs storage services and imports & exports.
