Ningbo Marine Company Ltd (stock code: 600798) signed on Jul 31 2007 with Noble Themis Shipping Ltd  "Memorandum of Agreement", in which it purchased a second-hand 52,000-ton-deadweight bulk cargo ship called "CARAVOS TRADER "imported from overseas. The total investment for this purchase reaches US$39.5 million (RMB298.60 million), including US$30.5 million of contract price and US$9 million of other related costs like import tariff and value-added tax, etc. Noble Themis Shipping Ltd will deliver the ship between Sep 15 and Nov 15 of 2007.
