On February 24, 2008, China Gezhouba Group Company Limited (Stock Code: 600068), with the national project office of Equatorial Guinea, signed a general EPC contract on project of Malabo’s waste pipe network and wastewater treatment plants. The contract is totally valued at 318 million euro, and all the tax regarding this project is exempted within Equatorial Guinea. The contract will be performed from the day it comes into effect and is scheduled to last 48 months.
