China Erzhong Group (Deyang) Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in manufacture and distribution of heavy technical equipment and heavy casting and forging steel products. The Company primarily provides clean energy equipment, heavy petrochemical vessels, metallurgy equipment sets and spare parts, as well as large forging equipment and other machinery products, among others. It distributes its products in domestic and overseas markets. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had nine subsidiaries, which involved in the manufacture and distribution of machinery products, metal materials, power station equipment and heavy-duty devices, the import and export of commodities and technology, as well as automobile distribution and transportation business.
