Konka Group Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer of electronics and telecommunication products. The Company is principally engaged in the manufacture and sale of color televisions (TVs), refrigerators, mobile phones and the related components. The Company distributes its products in China's domestic market and to overseas markets. As of December 31, 2009, the Company had two major subsidiaries and one associate, mainly involved in real estate investment, property management, as well as the research, production and sale of patched light emitting diodes.
