Goodtop Tin International Holdings Limited, formerly Vitar International Holdings Limited, is engaged in the mining and sale of tin from Australia. It is also a provider of insulation and heat-resistance solution. Parksong Mining and Resource Recycling Limited (Parksong Mining) is an investment holding company, which launches tin mining through a joint venture in Tasmania, Australia. The Company holds a 50% interest in the Renison quarry, the Mount Bischoff open cut tin project and the Rentails tailings retreatment project. Its Renison project is operated in co-operation with Yunnan Tin Group (Holding) Co., Ltd. (Yunnan Tin Group). During the year ended December 31, 2010, the Renison project had a total tin reserve of approximately 220,000 tons. On March 4, 2011, the Company acquired Parksong Mining.
