Ka Shui International Holdings Limited is an investment holding company. The Company is engaged in the manufacturing of zinc, magnesium and aluminium alloy die casting components, which are sold to customers engaging in the household products, communication, computer and consumer electronics (3C) products and automotive parts industries. The Company operates in three divisions: zinc, magnesium and aluminium alloy die casting components. During the year ended December 31, 2009, the Company developed a thin wall zinc alloy die casting technology with an overseas alloy smelter. This technology manufactures ultra thin (0.35 micron) zinc alloy die casting components. The Company鈥檚 subsidiaries are engaged in the sale and manufacture of zinc and aluminium alloy; die casting products and components; manufacture of zinc alloy die casting products and components; provision of surface finishing treatment services, and sale and manufacture of products and components with plastic contents.
