China Fangda Group Co., Ltd. is a China-based company principally engaged in manufacture and distribution of new-type construction materials. The Company provides construction outer-wall products, aluminum products, subway transportation screen doors and semiconductor lighting products, among others. The Company distributes its products in domestic and overseas markets. As of December 31, 2009, the Company had six wholly owned subsidiaries and one partially owned subsidiary, which involved in manufacture and distribution of construction materials, subway transportation screen doors and semiconductor lighting products.
