Jiangsu JiangHuai Engine Co.,Ltd. is principally engaged in the manufacture and sale of engines and related components. The Company offers single-cylinder and multi-cylinder diesel engines, kerosene engines, gasoline engines, tractors and diesel generators, coal, as well as the related components and parts. The Company distributes its products within the domestic market and to overseas markets. As of December 31, 2009, the Company had six wholly owned subsidiaries and five partially owned subsidiaries.
