Zoje Sewingmachine Co.,Ltd is a China-based company primarily engaged in research, development, manufacture and sale of sewing machines and spare parts. The Company provides industrial sewing machines, including high-speed lockstitch sewing machines, overlock sewing machines, interlock stitch sewing machines, high-speed direct drive electronic bar tacking sewing machines, high-speed electronic button attaching sewing machines, buttonhole machines and embroidery machines, among others. The Company distributes its products in domestic and overseas markets. As of December 31, 2009, the Company had two major subsidiaries and one associate, which involved in manufacture and sale of sewing machines and spare parts, as well as futures broking business.
