SGSB Group Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in the manufacturing and distribution of sewing machines and spare parts. The Company provides industrial sewing equipment, devices for sewing machines and household sewing machines, with brands named SHANGGONG, DA and BUTTERFLY, including lock stitch sewing machines, special sewing machines, overlock sewing machines, embroidery machines and spare parts for sewing equipment, among others. The Company is also involved in export trading, as well as the manufacture and distribution of image materials and office products. The Company distributes its products in domestic and overseas markets. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had two major subsidiaries.
