ATLANTIC CHINA WELDING CONSUMABLES, INC is a China-based company engaged in manufacture and sale of welding materials. The Company鈥檚 principal products are welding rods, including carbon steels welding rods, low alloy steels welding rods, stainless steels welding rods, cast-irons welding rods, as well as copper and copper alloys welding rods, among others; welding wires, including welding wires for carbon steels and low alloy steels, submerged arc welding wires and flux-cored welding wires, among others, and welding fluxes, including welding fluxes for carbon steels and low alloy steels, as well as welding fluxes for stainless steels and nonferrous metals. The Company markets its products in domestic markets and to overseas markets. As of December 31, 2009, the Company operated four major subsidiaries.
