Wuxi Little Swan Company Limited is principally engaged in the manufacture, distribution and provision of technology services of household electrical appliances and spare parts. The Company provides its products under the brand named LITTLE SWAN. Its products are washing machines, including INOV series products and automatic washing machines, as well as refrigerators and industrial washing machines, among others. The Company distributes its products in domestic and overseas markets. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had four subsidiaries, which involved in the development and production of software and electronic components, as well as the manufacture and distribution of washing machines and other household electrical appliances.
