Beijing Zhongchuang Telecom Test Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in communication network testing and maintenance. The Company provides communication network monitoring and maintenance systems, as well as communication network testing instruments, including NetCompass operation maintenance support systems, value-added series, solutions, switched network testing instruments, wireless communication network testing instruments, optical-fiber transmission network testing instruments and access network handheld testing instruments, among others. The Company distributes its products in domestic and overseas markets. As of December 31, 2009, the Company had one wholly owned subsidiary and one affiliate, which involved in manufacture of communication network testing instruments and provision of solutions.
