Shenzhen China Bicycle Company (Holdings) Limited is principally engaged in the manufacture and sale of bicycles, electric bicycles and related components. The Company is also involved in the leasing and management of properties. The Company operates its businesses mainly in the domestic markets, including Shandong Province, Henan Province, Guangdong Province, Jiangsu Province and Sichuan Province, China. As of December 31, 2009, the Company had four major subsidiaries, engaged in property management and bicycle trading businesses.
