Jiangxi Hongdu Aviation Industry Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in the research, development, manufacture and distribution of aerospace products and relevant spare parts. The Company also involves in the provision of relevant technologies coordination services. The Company's major products are jet training planes, agriculture planes and general planes, which are applied in training of aircraft drivers, agricultural production and air passenger transportation services. It distributes its products in domestic and overseas markets. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had three major subsidiaries and three affiliates, which involved in aero services and investment management business.
